Travelex Card - Reviews

On our last trip we used the Thomas Cook prepaid card, however I looked at Travelex today (yes due to the glitch) and see that you can order the card direct from them.

Can anyone offer reviews on their service, do you just order and the card gets posted already loaded up? And is it easy enough to use when over there?

Thanks in advance for any help.

We used travelex last year and had no issues, we will be using it next year. We ordered direct from travelex, I ordered an additional card for my husband at no cost (different card number in case one gets lost). We linked them to our online account so that we could addmore GBP beofre or during our holiday. I changed the card PIN number in the UK via a cash machine rather than the one we were assigned. All in all a good product with no problems. I withdrew money off it in the US, alhtough they do charge a fee for doing that.

Thank you so much, that's a great help.
