In answer. Yes that is a free fastness you can just choose which ride you want and go straight to the FP+ entrance without pre booking it.

It will list further down what you can use it on. It won't be valid for everything.

It looks like you've been given an extra FP. Did you have Great Movie Ride booked by any chance? I think everyone who did received a pass, since it was closed at really short notice.

Thank you ... why have we been given this? So I don't have to book the attraction like I have with the others?

It is an any time pass, just swipe at one of the attractions listed and should let you in.

Nope. Just walk up to the attraction any time you like within the days specified in your screen shot and you will be allowed in. There are limits like it must be a ride and not a character meet etc.

I have used them to good effect in the past.
