Transferwise if sending dollars abroad- easy to use and good exchange rates/fees etc.

I would check the rate fees etc, before you do the transaction- Venmo is owned by paypal, so the payment would be linked to your bank, or card, fees and exchange rates could be poor. Transferwise is much better in my opinion, you dont need lots of info to use it, its very easy.
