Well I am about to close my account. I always get an early slot. Back in March I placed an order but received an email from them in April cancelling it due to COVID. The email assured me I would receive a slot for the next sale. This didn’t happen and I don’t have one for this one either so just phoned to ask if they will honour their email statement and was basically told no. Not good customer service!

I didn’t get a slot, which is unusual. One of my friends did and she checked a couple of codes for me, and they aren’t in the sale. I don’t really feel like I’m missing out this year.

I wasn’t emailed about this either and therefore did not get a slot. Quite annoying really but the last 2 sales have been rubbish anyway so I don’t feel that I have missed out 😁

Might be worth having a re visit to check what you have planned to order. I just have , and already several of my items now unavailable. Remember staff and couriers get first pick , so guessing a lot more will go before we log in tomorrow
