Is this the wilderness lodge one? We did this It was fantastic the guides were lovely and the horses gentle. It was a lovely trek through woodland areas. I would suggest a morning slot before it gets too hot. We loved it

A quick google suggest it is only at Fort Wilderness - so don't get confused and go to Wilderness Lodge (although you can get a boat from Wilderness Lodge to FW)
This is the info from their site: •Horseback Riding: For $42, you can take a guided ride on horse back from the Tri-Circle-D Ranch through the Sherwood Forest of Fort Wilderness. Riders must be 9 years old, at least 48 inches in height, and weigh less than 250 lbs. Book up to 90 days ahead by calling 407-wdw-play. Let me say from experience, this isn't for anyone who's a whiz on horseback--but perfect for us newbies!

Hi yes fort wilderness not wilderness lodge. It was around 5 years ago but from memory I think it was an hour You need to book in advance. Is certainly a beginners thing, you basically just sit on the horse and it knows the way to go! Mine was a little naughty and dragged me through some low hanging bushes occasionally LOL. Was a really relaxing thing to do and well worth the money. Its optional if you want to wear a riding hat or not. If you choose not to you have to sign a waiver. No one in our party chose to (bad choice perhaps) but as I say it was a very gentle ride. there were around 8 of us in total as I recall.
