Better from airport or disney?

We are cruising first then disney, however due to late flight we dont land until 11pm so have booked an airport stay, and will get cruise bus in morning from airport. Now thinking (and its cheaper) about staying in a value resort at disney and getting cruise bus from there,

but is it better going to port from hotel or airport?

We stayed at the Hyatt and it was super convenient. We are planning on doing it again this October.

They collect your checked luggage from your room in the Hyatt and you don't see it again until it arrives outside your stateroom

You will get to the terminal much earlier if you go from the airport. Make sure you're ready for the first bus and you should be there for 11 latest.

Go from the resorts and you could arrive as late as 2pm.

Thank you both, have decided to go from airport, are staying in a hotel the night before and then leaving from there. We are not staying at Hyatt because there are five of us and the only room suitable only has one bed and a sofa bed and was ridiculously priced considering not everyone would get a proper bed. We are landing at 11pm and staying at the Holiday Inn Express then heading back to airport for cruiseline.

Do you know what time the first bus from the airport is?
And after the cruise what time are we likely to get to Disney from the port?

First bus is around 9am collection.
You could be in Disney as early as 09:30 on departure day if you get the first bus.

Make sure you're there early! It's first come first served at the airport.

We were down at the airport
Bus area at 8.30 and had to wait for them to open!

We left on the first bus about 9.30am.
