Great the weather didn't stop you having a good time. I hope it's all clear by Sunday. My parents are comming out weeks two and three. I couldnt live with my DMV saying for the next twenty years, remember we went to Disney and all it did was rain

We started the day shopping but then headed to Seaworld going past Aqualandia and noticing it was shut (it closed at 12).
Then to our shock seaworld then closed at five ! we could not belive it the weather was dry and no rain for hours. Could not belive they closed early we were so looking forward to seeing Shamu rocks and the fireworks they have also stated already that they are closing at six tomorrow too. So no Shamu rocks tomorroe either.

We spent the day at Universal. Arrived at 8.30am, started in IoA and headed straight to FJ - literally a walk-on, but got soaked through on the walk there!

The rain was torrential until around 11am, and then on and off for the rest of the day. We did all the water rides first thing (we were soaked anyway! ), and then headed to US.

None of the rides were more than 10 minutes wait - I did more rides in the one day than ever before. That's the bonus, but the down side is we're looking at the 3rd day in a row of heavy rain tomorrow

Fingers crossed for some sunshine soon

We Spent the morning/afternoon shopping so we managed to avoid getting wet today we headed to Citywalk for a meal this evening and then to Universal to catch a few rides before watching the end of night show, the weather was fab, very warm but because it was windy it kept us cool and not a drop of rain we managed to get all the rides and shows done yesterday during the rain so there were hardly any Q's x.x

Unless a hurricane or the end of the world is expected parks usually stay open. Just rain isn't going to stop them trying to make a buck!

My kids always comment on how it rains there, but they also say its fun rain because you still feel warm. Not like England. We also had mother and father in law that came and we had explained it rained a lot, but don't think they believed us till they saw it.
