ATD insisting it was refunded and PayPal insisting it hadn’t been yet as it shows immediately their end when it is
Not happy with ATD and will not use again

Turns out they’ve had an issue with PayPal refunds and have to do them all manually so looks like I’ll have to wait a bit longer
