Marks & Spencer new styles

I haven't been in M&S for years (just for knickers) so couldn't comment. I prefer Oasis, Warehouse and ASOS for my holiday clothes. (Just need a stone off first)

Our m & s is much the same atm very strange old fashioned clothes and shoes! Spend very little in there now!

I've never been a big fan of m&s, bought a few things over the years and of course underwear. Went in a few weeks ago with a couple of friends and couldn't believe how bad a lot of the styles were. Even the mannequins looked awful! Like someone had just grabbed any items and put them on without putting any thought into matching colours/styles etc!

Apart from underwear I haven't bought any clothes from M&S for years.

We both have their credit cards which you get reward vouchers with, we needed some new cushions so popped to the Chester store to spend the vouchers and I couldn't believe how poor it was.

They used to have 2 shops opposite each other and the menswear shop had a furniture department upstairs but that's closed and everything is in one shop now with the furniture department being so poor I asked if they were closing it, we struggled to get 5 suitable cushions.

They opened a huge store in Cheshire Oaks retail park so Chester has been badly neglected for years
