I remember getting DVDs, records and CDs which of course are pretty much obsolete now!

Selection boxes, anything for Sindy, she was a well accessorised woman.

Every year we got gold chocolate money at the bottom of our stocking... a tradition I still do now.
I was one of three kids and every year we got a big present each... be that a dolls house, tv (i got a preloved tv one year and thought i was the dogs nuts!), games console... I remember one year my parents getting us all a new bike each and they weren't flush with money. Only now I'm older i realise how much they must of had to save...makes me feel kinda guilty

When I was three or four my Dad bought me a lovely and quite expensive desk. On Christmas Eve as an afterthought he bought a little Mickey Mouse plastic figure with a spring in the bottom, you pressed the base and Mickey did a summersault .
You can guess which I was thrilled with and played with all day . My Dad didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
The desk lasted far longer than Mickey although spent much more time on its side as a boat , a den or a house or whatever my imagination wanted it to be throughout my childhood

Absolute trash - hope you sent it to the tip?

The Stylophone wasn't very good either.

One of my favourite was the Girls World one year - her hair ended up all matted - wasn’t destined to be a hair dresser 😂
