Every 2-3 weeks, but, I’d only stretch to 3 weeks if there’s a reason. If I’m due on night shifts, fake tanning during the week or my husband is working away. Obviously, if I spill something or have a night of hot flushes then I’ll change them more often. I won’t change them knowing I will need to change them again in a few days though.

You mean you are supposed to wash sheets? You don't just buy new ones?

Every 10 days to 2 weeks. Dh has a 10 day shift pattern and always finishes up on nights so he usually changes them when he gets up after his last night shift. In the summer we don’t use a duvet, we just use sheets so they get done every week. The kids i do every 2 weeks as they’re not sweaty monsters at the moment. In the summer like us they don’t use duvets. There’s no way on earth I would find time to wash them every week with uniforms and normal clothes!

Good to know we’re mostly similar.
Thank you! If someone offered to change my sheets and make my bed daily I’d most certainly take them up on it but IMO it’s the worst household job so I’ll never do it!

Every two weeks ... such a pain and I get my hubby to make the beds, I can never do it right... I end up in such a mess.
