We take our own blankets, the £4 primark fleece ones. Airline blankets are disgusting, they're never washed, just repacked, sometimes sprayed with chemicals.

I wish you hadn't posted this. I carry everything bar the kitchen sink and blankets and looks like that's about to change now.

Aw sorry

I actually like taking a blanket. We end up using them for afternoon naps or on top of the bed when the AC is freezing too. I can squeeze those cheap fleeces into a ziploc bag too and get the air out, doesn't take up too much space.

I have some lovely soft blankets at the villa I think I got them in Walmart. Would have bought some for here if the colours were right.
