Yep we had one. A 5 day with the free dinnershow. We were out there for a month, so on certain days we would just do the free activities on the card, that way getting the max value out of it. Most days we would end up at Funspot where you can get the $35 all access wristband for free. This gives access to most rides and all go-carts and the freeplay arcade.
An example of 1 day we did. Gatorland $22.95 Ripley Believe it or Not $18.95 Titanic $19.95 Crazy Golf around $10 Wonderworks $19.95 Funspot .. $35 Total $126.80 This was a busy day and didnt get home till about 10pm, If you just plan on using it at night after the parks then i would say it isnt really worth it, you really need most of the day and need to visit at least 2-3 attractions a day to make it worth while, We thought it was worth its weight in gold. If you are going to be in Orlando for quite a while, I would get one... we got a two day card earlier this year because we were there for 3 weeks and wanted 'something different' to do than the main parks.
We used it for: Gatorland Cypress Grove Park Titanic Wonderworks Ripleys |

We also had one and went to NASA, the Police Museum, Cypress Gardens, Wonderworks, Pirates dinner show, Ripleys, Titanic, Fun Spot (at least twice), crazy golf (several times). We thought it was brilliant value, and packed loads into our five days.

We have purchased a 5 day card for when we go in Jan I purchased it direct from goorlandocard.com and it came within a week of ordering and they sometime do special offer I think we go 15% off and with the exchange rate we paid £344 for 3 adult and 1 Child. (It would have been £400 from ATD).
