Not sure if this is 100% correct, but told by a cast member today doing my next day's advance ride selection, that you can only do one day at a time, unless you are staying on site, then they will let you do +10. Wish this was notified somewhere as I had a resort stay that I only just cancelled (I would have kept it for longer had I known this). We were considering moving the stay to dvc, now not sure I want to give Disney extra money if I don't get the same perks, especially as today's pre booking I had the choice of three rides within a 4 hour window for our party of 5 and 2 😟.
Also feel its a bit poor that they don't have the same process for all disabled guests irrelivant of their accomodation bookings. But it is what it is.
Another 10 days of trying to book whatever has been left available. 😔

So I have never heard this before about it being related to hotel booking. It has been hit and miss if they would allow you to book all your days or just book those that are 30 days in advance but I wouldn't have thought this was based on resort booking. For example I was able to book 14 days in one go with a 7 night booking.

We used DAS on our last trip and will need it on our next trip too. I booked all of the rides before we went as I was booking only a few days before. I wanted to book earlier this time, can I book all of our rides/days at 30 days out or do I have to wait unit 30 days before our last day? We are onsite for the duration.

I said to the lady that I'd never heard this, but that is what she told me.
If it is true, it think it is pretty poor. As a disability assistance product, shouldn't be linked to whether you are staying on site or not. It is a little discriminating against those off site. Yet our disabilities should be just as worthy of help as those on site.
Will try again today, but not holding out much hope of being able to do more than just one day 😟

Update on our das. Very kind cm allowed us to book all that we had left to do barring one, which is at the end of the 18 days use, so going back on to book that one in a week or so. So so grateful she did them all for us.
So obviously what the other cm told me yesterday wasn't necessarily correct. If you get a helpful/kind cm like I did today they may be able to do more for you.
Oh and one other thing which might be helpful to others, you can't book the lion king show at the min, as its closed until 15th July. So was told to message back on the 15th to get a advance selection for August for it.

How strange, she said they didn't have any slots for lion king show because its currently closed. Good that you got it though 🙂.
If I can't get it for pre booking I'll just get an on the day return, but it is a must do on my bday so fingers crossed I can get it.

Hi folks, a few questions from me as I've not used DAS before:

1. If using the video call, will the CM ask for my ticket booking reference number?
2. If I don't want to prebook rides on the call, can I do this myself via the app or another way?
3. If I did prebook rides on the call, is there a list anywhere of which rides at which park are best to book via DAS?

Thank you!
