Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween
Good Morning,
Is this worth it for adults? We're debating booking but all the videos I've seen online look insanely busy! Whats everyones opinion on this? We go 26/09-10/10 Thanks Nicola |

It's most definitely worth it! We've been many times and it's been just the two of us, September will be the first time with our dd who'll be 14 months. It's so much fun and it's always one of our favourite nights, the fireworks are fantastic. We do all the trick or treating at the stations and character meets. You must go, you'll love it

We've been twice as two adults and it's great fun! The earlier you go before Halloween the quieter and cheaper it will be. It's a great atmosphere and we really enjoyed seeing everyone dressed up even though we didn't dress up ourselves.

We went as a couple a few years ago in mid October & loved it. The prices have gone up quite a bit since then though.
We didn't have Disney tickets that trip either so being able to get into MK at 4pm was great!

Depends on the adults I'd say.
We did the Disneyland version, and this is what we found as adults... Collecting candy seems childish but a lot more fun than we expected. Even though the sweets are terrible for you and you'll probably give them all away! Something about being a kid all over again. The atmosphere is unique in the park and a wonderful experience. If you're a Disney fan then seeing it in a different light was something special. The fact you can only do this on a few days of the year just adds to the magic. The rides take on a different feel, hard to explain, but the Halloween theme bleeds into the rides. The Cadaver Dans were one of the highlights for me. Mind you I love Dans normally Fireworks... I felt were okay. I'm not a big fan of them anyway, but my OH really enjoyed them. So much in fact that we watched them twice, once on the night and another time from our hotel roof. Lots of other unique experiences; odd characters out and about, parade, food offerings... etc. The price isn't too bad, so doing it if only once I'd say it's well worth it. |

We have done it a couple of times as well always go to Orlando for the Halloween celebrations. The only reason we haven't recently is we can't afford that and Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens, which as horror junkies we prefer.
Having said that we loved MNSSHP, it's a chilled evening, lots of fun costumes, short queues for rides and food and the trick or treating too. However we don't do the Disney parks normally so we crammed a lot into our evening
