ESTA help please

My DD has her Honeymoon booked for end of March flying out of Dublin to San Francisco Airport, staying overnight before flying out the next morning to Hawaii, later on flying from Hawaii to California for a few days before flying home.

Her ESTA expires a couple of days after arriving in America so wouldn�t be in place for her onward travel to California.

So, I am correct in thinking once she clears immigration in Dublin she is fine and won�t have any problem entering and leaving the different states?

If I apply for a new ESTA for her do I leave the destination details as to be arranged, or whatever the term is for not filling in hotel or is it best to put the overnight hotel address for arriving in San Francisco?

I take ESTA�S are still being approved, is this correct?

Yeah, once you've entered the States all other flights are internal and she won't need to go through immigration again when changing states.

ESTA's are still being issued though if you're concerned the trip might be postponed due to Corona.
