Claiming for Car Hire/Tickets?
Hiya, we had flight only bookings with TC and whilst we know we can claim these back, we aren’t sure where we stand with our Car Hire (booked through Virgin Holidays) and some Universal Tickets (booked with Universal)
Both these additional bookings were booked on a different card to the flights so not sure a “supplier failure” will cover them Thanks, Nick |

I spoke to my insurance company and I can claim back cost of park tickets and hotel at airport.
Excess is £50 per person so £200 in total. They advised me to speak to my credit card provider (Halifax clarity) and do a charge back? to claim money back. Will call them today/tomorrow to find out if this can be done. Will decide which is easier to claim from either insurance or credit card. |
