Direct debit worry

I have not paid full holiday off yet just some via there direct debit scheme will I get my money back i cant find a definitive answer

You need to claim via chargeback.

I�d cancel the direct debit.

Edited to add: as you�ve booked a package the above may not be relevant as you�ll be covered by ATOL and so should get the money back.

You've part paid for a package so will get back what you've paid you need to cancel your DD at the bank

Have you paid anything at all via a credit card? If so I believe you are protected by your credit card under section 75 rules, even if you pay the balance in a different way i.e. monthly direct debit
