Not good to read about your disappointing meal Sue. Did you complain whilst you were there? I expect new diners wouldn't think anything was wrong however when you have dined there a few times you will notice more than ever.

Hope you other meals are better.

I think i'd be close to laughing too at the audacity of it! I'm no Delia Smith but I at least know not to serve ketchup with smoked salmon!

I was so ashamed that I've recommended it so highly in the past Caron - it was a completely different experience

I didn't complain cos I was determined not to be too OCD and anally retentive about WDW dining this time

I still can't get over the Ketchup and mayo (maybe it was thier version of marie Rose and then no off kilter ...

what a shame .. your steak looked horrible and in French onion soup gee what if you had had the soup to start..surely they must expect people to notice! I guess with the DDP though that there will be plenty more bums to fill seats if you don't return ..where is the incentive to produce great food now?

It was a shame you didn't say anything as I would have loved to hear the chef's excuses about all their cost cutting. Glad to hear the other meals were better

I thought all the photo's looked horrendous!

I have never seen a lasagne with so much gloop around it - yes looks like soup... and the (twig of rosemary? ) decoration? Quelle horreur!

Not sure I will be trying this restuarant in 2007! My FIL's pub food looks better! Sorry to hear you had such an awful time as memories of food on holiday are always such a highlight usually.
