Yes but you may be better off just buying the UK Ultimate, Disney introduced Date based pricing, on top of this depending on how many days you buy decides on how many days you have to use by eg a 3 day must be used within 5 days...
It's now called a Magic your way ticket & you just "add" the bits you need

Yes, you can still get Park Hopper tickets.

You can buy them from either Disney's American website, UndercoverTourist.com or OrlandoAttractions.com (and a few other American-based websites).

Here's a link to the tickets on OrlandoAttractions:

orlandoattractions/t...kets-worldwide

You can buy Base tickets (no hopping), Park Hopper tickets (visit more than one park each day), or Park Hopper Plus tickets (park hop and visit waterparks). You can choose from 1 day tickets up to 10 day tickets.

The tickets are date-based now so you have to choose the date you want the tickets to start. Or you can choose the Flexible option but this makes the tickets very expensive.

well, do what you like is exactly what an unlimited ticket allows you to do ...

As the other posters advised you can buy US base tickets (no hopper, no waterpark, no minigolf, no memory maker)

but you have to choose the first day of your visits (it will determine the price) so in my book that's one dent in the "do what we like" aspect.

you can choose a duration for up to 10 days. If you need more than 10 days of park, you'd need to purchase a new set of tickets, as US tickets cannot exceed 10 days

while your ticket is still valid, you can add-on options, like hoppers if you so desire, or waterparks, or memory maker

but, at the end of the day, you may end up with a ticket that will cost way more than the unlimited ticket.

for example, q 5 days base ticket (absolutely no option) will hit you for $480 (£378)

if you want to add hopper during your stay, that's $80 on top (£63)

so for a 5 days base, if you add hopper, you're at £441
(and if you want to "do what we like" you can add the flexible option for $124 or £98 making that ticket £539 for 5 days hopper)

unlimited tickets (14 days) are currently at £385
for 2019 (£56 less than a 5 days + hopper and £154 less than the 5 days hopper flexible )
and for that price, you get waterparks, 9 more days of park, you get memory maker, and you get one free round of minigolf per day

so unless you get a special offer with days free from one of the ticket sellers mentionned above and at the top of this forum. The unlimited ticket gets you full flexibility, and allows you to do whatever you like, and for a lower price ...

Sounds like you might want a 2 day Park Hopper then.

They cost between $300 and $400 depending on the date (higher prices in peak season). So, on average, around £270 per ticket maybe. That saves you about £100 on the current 14-day ticket price.

As mentioned, you can buy them from UndercoverTourist or OrlandoAttractions. Or you can buy them at the park entrance if you don't mind waiting until you're over there.
