Just booked for halloween
We have just booked DLP staying at the Santa Fe for Halloween Weekend. We are very excited as we thought our next holiday wouldn't be until Christmas at Centre Parcs. We aren't going to tell our two boys that we are going until we are at the airport! We are also going to have a birthday tea with the characters for DS for his 7th birthday. He is desperate for a Mickey that sings Happy Birthday coz his brother got one for his 3rd birthday when we went in April!
Has anyone been for HAlloween? What's it like?

Yes we have just booked the Party. We have been to the Pirates and Pincess Party at WDW. Hope it's as good as that! Do you know whether chidlren usually get dressed up and as what? My boys are not fans of dressing up but if everyone else is then they will want to aswell.

Ive read that kids do get dressed up... they certainly do at WDW (as did the adults
 ) DD is dressing as a Vampire (she fed up of being girlie  ) and we are hoping to dress for the occasion to... Skeleton and Devil i think it will be this year  I see you have just changed your countdown too... looks much better. |

We are going too for Halloween. We are staying in Cheyenne. I can't wait! We will also be celebrating a 40th birthday whilst there too!
 Just hope the tunnel is operating normally after the fire incident, want to be sat in Casy's by noon.

Prefer Halloween to the other special events @ DLP. Setup is really good and the parade is funny!

you will have a grea time, haven't actually been for halloween itself but the halloween period is really good, the park is decorated really well and the whole of adverntureland becomes halloween land and there are pumpkin men and pink witches all over. I have some pics from last year if you want to see them
