We are booked to stay at the Travel Lodge this year, and we have ordered and paid for our dinner with the room.

Can't obviously say yet what it tastes like but the menu looks good

Is this a taxi job to get there i assume its not walkable? Never been but might be a good way to while away the excited hours the night before.

The Jamie's is after security in the north terminal - don't think they have one in the south.

When we stayed at the Hilton we ate at Giraffe which was nice.
Loved the fish finger burger.

That's been gone for years and years. It was always our choice, too.

You can also eat in any of the onsite hotel restaurants if they appeal. We had a nice (but expensive) meal at Ken Hom's restaurant at the Sofitel a few years ago.
