What time do you usually get your room?

Hi

We are staying at Saratoga in a 2 bed，it says check in is at 4pm, I am wondering usually what time people get their rooms ?

Due to flight arrival times I get mine as soon as I arrive in the evening.

Depends , last year we had a split stay ,one night in a Value , checked in early in the morning and the room wasn't ready til we returned from the parks about 5 ... next day we moved to BWI , checked in at 7am and our room with all requests met was ready.

We transferred from Universal so checked in early and collected magic bands, I noticed on the app. that the room number was allocated at 3pm, so I assume we could have gone any time from then, although in reality I don�t think we went until after dinner .

OP. Never known a room at SSR not to be notified to me via E Mail later than 3.30pm which is when the bulk of Housekeeping finish.

Saying that we tend to find it's circa 1.30pm hence that is why we always stay in a Value the first night to save DVC points.

You need to plan for it not been available until 4pm and take anything else as a bonus. It�s entirely dependent on stock and cleaning rotas on the day so you can�t pre guess this.

Last year we arrived at SSR about 3.00pm was told that our studio was not ready in the Paddock it was the area I requested, but we could have a one-bedroom in the Grandstand area straight-away took the upgraded one-bedroom and were in the room at 3.15pm.

We were well after 4 last year, by the time the app notification came we were already in the room !

We transferred from Universal to AKL in 2017 and were given a room at noon. Was expecting to have to put luggage in storage until later. It depends on how busy the resorts are, the person checking you in and how nice you are at checkin
