The story at the Campfire at Fort Wilderness is this open to non-resort guests - anyone been what happens?

What is Ladybug release at WL?

I don't think it is just for resort guests,  there is some info here BBQ Info and it doesn't say anything about that.

Not sure about the ladybug release, I'll see what I can find out

I was told the campfire entertainment and film at Fort Wilderness was for all WDW resort guests only, how they enforce this I don't know!

There are no checks at the Fort wilderness campfire/movie, the venue is situated behind the meadows trading post which is just about in the middle of FW, busses from the dock or FW entrance stop just by. They start the campfire at around 7 or 8 pm depending on time of year, they have a short thirty minute singalong during which Chip and Dale make an appearence, then they show two movies back to back, they also have a little kiosk there that sells snacks/beer, the movie schedule is posted around Fort Wilderness you can ring to find out what will be on for any given night, they show the old feature films mostly, Peter Pan etc. It is a good cheap night out for the kids, watching the movies under the stars there is usualy time after the first movie to get to the Marina to see the Electric water pagent go by. .

I've got a friend who has done the Fort Wilderness campfire thing every year for the last 5 years, and she's never stayed on site!
