Parking in Miami Beach
Hello 😊 We are having a mini-break to Miami and our hotel is in the Miami Beach area, near Bayshore. The valet parking is $39 per night so we are hoping to self park.
Can anyone recommend a nearby carpark where we can leave our car for 4 days? We don't want to do any driving while we are in Miami. Thank you!

Hi, we are in south beach now. There is literally no parking anywhere that you don’t pay for and it’s expensive. We decided to get a taxi from the airport and we pick our car up on Monday when we head off down the keys, we knew we wouldn’t really need the car, so we saved on the car hire cost and the parking costs. Uber are cheap if needed

Hello, sorry, I should have given more detail. We are in Florida for 3 weeks but driving down to Miami for 4 nights, then back to Orlando. I don't think we have the option of returning the hire care temporarily as it's part of a fly-drive. We know there is no free parking but we were hoping to find a multi storey carpark that we could leave the car in for maybe $20 per 24 hours rather than the $39 that hotel will charge.

Have a look at Bayside ( it’s shopping / restaurants / boats etc ) and there is quite a lot of parking there . You can pay on your phone and keep topping it up by phone so that could be an option although I don’t know the cost .

We were referred to a super cheap parking garage on 16th street by a local over a decade ago. That one's probably too far for you but you may find something on the city's website. |

We are here now. It's 40 a day for parking. Seems very limited and all streets are paid parking. Very busy in general with traffic

Thanks so much everyone! As we are on holiday, I think we will just relax and go with the valet parking 😊
