Disney balance due reminders

Do Disney still send email reminders when your balance is due?
We booked with them in 2018 and 2019 and had email reminders 2 weeks before our balance was due for both trips.
Our balance is due May 8th and I've not received a reminder this time.
Has anyone else had one?
I'm wondering if they'll be offering more flexibilty over balances due while things are still so uncertain?

If I knew that I was overdue to pay money for a holiday and had not been contacted,
I would be contacting them to make sure that my booking has not been "lost" in the system or been cancelled.

The balance isn't yet overdue and is still active when I log into my booking.
I was wondering why no reminder had been sent yet when they are usually sent two weeks before the balance is due.

I had the same with TUI this year. Last year they emailed 2 weeks before aswell as a few days before and then day of... this year my balance went overdue by an entire month and they didn't email me once.

I didn�t get a reminder .
Just bit the bullet and paid on the due date - yesterday ! ... eek

Did they contact you eventually?
I am wondering if they have stopped sending them due to all the uncertainty at the moment.
I've always had payment reminders in the past from different tour operators in the past so it seems a bit odd!

Nope! I eventually decided to amend rather than pay the balance, I was shocked that not once they chased for payment.
