Just booked - 1st time to Dlp!
Hi, I have just booked our first stay at the Newport bay for August for family of 4, with our 12&11 year old daughters. We’ve been to Florida before but not Paris, so hoping 3 nights will be enough to get around everywhere!
We got the half board plus dining plan included so looking to work out where to book for dinner etc. The buffalo bill show is included too if we go at 9.30pm. Is this worth doing as one of our meals? Any tips on places to eat/avoid would be great, as well as any other tips please😉 I enquires about fast passes but these seem very expensive, so left those. Just hope we get to go on everything, guess it’s a busy time Edited at 03:40 PM. |

We’re going in August too staying NPB with free dining. We’ll be eating at Annette’s Diner,(can’t pre-book tho) Chez Remy in the Studios Park, & inventions in the Disneyland hotel. These are our 3 faves when we have the free meal plan. Remy is the ratatouille restaurant, it’s a set menu 3 course meal & the plus meal plan vouchers cover this, Annette’s is burger diner in the village which is tasty too but they only do walk ups, so bit of advice is to go while the parade is on which is around 5/5.30PM, there won’t be as big a queue then & you can watch the parade another day. Inventions is in the Disneyland hotel & its character dining which is pricey! You can use your vouchers here as face value, think they’re worth about €35 then add the difference towards the meal per person.
There are more places, but these are our faves. You can only use the vouchers in Disney owned restaurants, so not in the likes of the rainforest cafe, fiveguys etc. ETA you can pre book restaurants at 60 days out. I highly recommend doing this if going August as it will be very busy. You can phone or book online. Edited at 04:14 PM. Reason: Edit to add |

I would definitely recommend the WWS - it's so much fun and a unique experience. With the plus dining plan I'd also recommend taking a visit to Bistro Chez Remy and Captain Jack's.
I wouldn't bother with the paid fastpass options, although it will be very busy in August the parks are open until 11pm so you'll have plenty of time to fit everything in! |
