Clothes for July/August?

We are due to travel in June but have only been at Easter before!

Can any give us some idea of the clothes needed for this time of year? Will we need long sleeve tops for the evenings?

Any other advice would also be welcome 😉

My wife always wears long sleeve tops in the evenings because the aircon makes her chilly. Apart from that very unlikely you'll need them.

No!

Overnight lows are our summers - you're looking at lows of 22 overnight, highs of 30+ and lots of humidity.

I'd go with light clothes, natural fibers. I like cotton shirts to cover my shoulders, my BFF likes shorts and t-shirts. I'd also highly recommend shoes that you can get wet for the inevitable showers.

June is a great time to go - hope you have a fabulous time!

You definitely won't need long sleeves for outside in the evening, but I do like to have something to cover my arms in restaurants as I find the aircon so fierce and hate feeling cold.

It’s hot, seriously hot, sweat was trickling down me and some colours are not forgiving!
Go for light clothes, natural fabrics. I wore sketcher Sandles. They had a strap and were so comfy. Packed trainers but never wore them. Kids rotated between crocs, trainers and sandles from next.
My daughter wore loose cotton dresses. Son wore thin cotton shorts or thin swim suit style shorts from primark. Found cheap t shorts were better as they were thinner.
Kept a cardi in car for evening meals as air con was a bit chilly.

A couple of cardigans for the air con inside the restaurants but you won’t need long tops. Shorts, t shirts, dresses, vest tops, light clothing as it’s boiling. Maybe a light weight rain jacket incase of a storm x

Compared to Easter it will feel like you have taken up residence in an oven! Inside the restaurants and shops can be cool as you know with air con so that’s the only time you will be cool and perhaps want long sleeves. Afternoon showers, either get wet or join the poncho brigade! Enjoy.

Have a top in the boot of your car for restaurants but it will probably not leave the boot.
Don't worry if it rains you will dry out really quickly.
Wear a hat
Don't rush around that way you'll deal with the heat better

Hot during the day and night, the only cool time was eating in anywhere, I put OH's fleece over my legs more than once as I hadn't put my 3/4 trousers on
