Finding a Dibber!

Hi I hope this is ok to post here but my mums worrying herself sick 🙈

She has an email from a dibber today asking to see her frangrance lists for her Candle Tarts, but unfortunately the email has bounced back 3 times & she's really worried that the lovely lady (she's knows it's a lady as she left a name) will think she's not responding.

Mum doesn't usually have trouble replying to emails but this email address is a "freeserve email" address so just wondered if anyone had any suggestions?

If she knows the dibber's name can she send her a personal message on the Dibb?

Sorry I don't know how you will find the lady unless she sees it here, as all Freeserve email accounts closed around the end of May. I know this as we had been with them and had to open a gmail account for emails.
