Confused again
I've got myself all confused again🤔 Some help would be very much appreciated.
I'm planning on taking the family using DVC points on Aug/Sep 2018. My use year is August. If I've got 63 points to bank before March 2018 do I need to bank them to use end August 2018? I'm thinking yes but as usual I'm confused! The other thing is I wanted to stay at the tree house villas but because I had to move the dates forward we are now 8 points short! I was thinking about booking the treehouse villas for 9 nights and book something smaller for 1 night. Would it be an option to rent some points for the one night? Can I buy some one time use points for that night and combine with my points? I've got no clue!

If you are 8 points short you could buy 1 time use points but only st 7 months.
I have also done a short rental and then my own booking and we were able to stay in the same room. |

I think I'm going to book the 9 nights at treehouse villas at the 11 month window and 2 studios for the extra night just so that I've got something. At 7 months I can see what's available and buy some one time points to cover the shortfall.
Did you know how much that would be per point?

This is the price.

As long as you make your booking before the end of the banking window, you don't have to physically bank them just tell them at the time of booking that you are using the remainder of your 17-18 points- they will probably ask you this without prompting anyway.
