Emailing Disney

I emailed Disney 6 days ago and had a reply saying they would reply to me as soon as possible. That was 6 days ago, would you get back in touch?

I�m sure depending on subject matter, usually a response within 10 days is around the norm. Although I�m not sure if they actually reply to every email, I�m sure someone will be able to clarify this.

I have sent various emails to Disney and always had a response within about two days, so yes this seems particularly long and I would follow up now.

I have contacted them via the website each time and it has worked well as I have had a response very quickly as I mentioned.
