Contacting BA

Has anyone managed to get through to BA holidays via the o3444930787 number.? I have now been trying for 4 days and all i get is the we cannot take your call etc and then it's cut off. I have tried facebook and the response was contact us on the number and we will help you ! I have no link on the manage my booking. It says your flight is cancelled please contact us and the so called live chat cannot contact me to an agent .
We were supposed to fly/drive on the 4/11 to Tampa.
A text message said we had until Thursday 21st to contact them and then they would issue an automatic refund.

Have you tried ringing the Executive Club number? I use the freephone number 0800 597 7580. When they answer they do ask for my executive club number so if you haven’t signed up, do it now quickly. Anyone can become a member and it might help you get through to them. Good luck!

took me 40 mins this morning to get through on the 0800 727 800 number this was at 8am

Agree. Did this a couple of Saturdays ago and took 5 hours! I keep it on speaker and just go about my day until they answer.

We got through dead on 8am this morning, after trying for 6 hours yesterday! Patience is the key in this I’m afraid
I must say once we got through they were super helpful!

I just got through after half an hour on hold to the executive number, then was told they couldn't do anything because it was a holiday booking not just a flight booking.

Definitely best to phone the number posted by OP.

I tried on numerous occasions without success but then on Friday I phoned around 8.30 a.m. an got through on my second attempt, to an extremely helpful agent.

Thank you for the numbers. Unfortunately the 0800727800 number is for flight only bookings. The executive club - couldn't get through. Still being cut off on the original number. The lady i spoke to on the flight only number took pity on me and said she would e mail holiday bookings and i should get a call within 48 hours. I will continue to try though. Good luck to everyone who is in the same boat.

I’ve always used this too. I have silver status but also used it at blue and bronze. They do answer quickly.
