We stayed at the Sheraton Universal last week. Fantastic location for Universal and City Walk and very close to Warner Bros Studio too. We will stay there next time for our days at Universal as so lovely to be in walking distance. Hilton looked like a good hotel there too...

We stayed at the Hilton Universal City. Great location, could walk over to US and also city walk for dinner etc.
We even had a view of Hogwarts from our room! Would definitely recommend it for access to Universal |

We’re due to stay at the Hollywood Roosevelt at Christmas for two nights. I was initially put off by the surrounding area but the reviews are so overwhelming positive that we decided to go ahead and book it. Like others have said we don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel and really will just use it as a base, and it seems a good location to explore from as it’ll be our first time in LA.
