Thanks all...lots of food for thought. So many unknowns now with the new system. I'm going to give it a go though with a few tweaks. We'll be back for an evening so anything we don't do can be mopped up with a bit of stacking I think.

Now...having said that...I think timing of Kilimanjaro Safari might be key to the plan. An early KS might mean an early afternoon Navi. If I can't get a very early slot for KS then the plan goes a bit to pot. In that case I think it's be Pandora first. So hard!

Whats the difference between LL and ILL? Does genie plus give you LL automatically? but you have to pay for specific rides ie ILL?

You pay for both. Genie + which is about $16 a day includes most of the rides in each park but each park then has some rides that are ILL and you pay separately for those.
