in my opinion, that is alot ! Try looking at flydrives... they tend to come out cheaper than flights alone.

I looked on loads of sits opodo, virigin, ba, netflights, travelsupermarket ...etc lol
and cheapest flights I can get are £370 with continental but stops in Houstan on the way. The cheapest DIRECT flight I can see is the thomas cook at £500. Virgin want £850 for economy! If anyone has any advice that would be great, wheather its about Tc planes or Continental? |

We have flown twice when it was Airtours 2006 & 2007. The same plane as Florida - doesn't mean a thing to me though. We were in Premium - plenty of space, reasonable food, seat back tvs and the camera in the nose and bottom of the plane so you could see below you.
The first time we went in June and it was direct the second time in May - we were told after we booked that we would be stopping in Glasgow. On the way out the plane came from Glasgow - on the way back we stopped there. It added about an hour to our total journey time. It was def. cheaper to get the flydrive rather than just the flight when we went. |

We've also flown Manchester to Vegas twice with Thomas Cook. Last September and in August 2006, with Airtours before their merger with Thomas Cook. We were in premium both times and both flights were direct, no stops in Glasgow either. Both flights were on time outbound and inbound.
The aircraft last year was one of the new Thomas Cook planes with the extra legroom in economy and seat back TVs. I was doing some pricing up for October the other day and BA were coming in cheaper than Thomas Cook.
