It's simply not good enough. I would push for your original dates and times. Take your complaint higher; request they stick to your original, contracted agreement, even if it does cost them more money...

I would stay the extra 2 days.. and be ok with it.. there is more to Florida than just the theme parks.. yes it may not be ideal, but given what has just happened with TC its not really the end of the world either! and is a better option than the 3.5 hour drive to Miami Airport..

The 00:15 flight is to LHR not LGW. Do you need to get to LGW to pick up car, etc? If so how are you supposed to get there?

Even if you take the Miami flight you are flying into LHR, so i presume you also have to get back to LGW for your car ?
Whichever way you will be out of pocket. Unfortunately that weekend is horrendously busy & there arent many seats left on any of the routes. Neither option would be acceptable to me, someone somewhere has cocked up & needs to pay for all out of pocket expenses, atleast ! Your contract has also been broken, in Kenwoods T's & C's you should receive £40pp for a major change within 42days of departure. Good luck, i hope it works out for you |

Of the two options of a couple of extra pool, shopping, or visiting other places we wouldn't have had time for ... or flying on the original dates at poor times ... I'd stay and visit somewhere entirely different like St Augustine or Mount Dora or Cocoa Beach and get them to cover hotel to fit in with that.
You can view it as a disappointment or as a bonus. I'd take it as a sign the gods felt I deserved a longer holiday |

I would stay for the two extra days and as others said visit different places. There are some lovely little towns to visit and state parks. I would be pushing for them to cover out of pocket expenses as well.

I’m sorry this has happened.
I too would take the extra couple of days if annual leave would allow it.

I'd definitely be staying the extra days too.
I don't know what park tickets you have, but would it be possible to stagger them to give you visits in your extra days? |

I just did a dummy BA booking and it shows there are seats available on the 1st Nov MCO to LGW on the 22:20 flight !
I would go back to them and tell them the alternatives are unacceptable and ask why they cannot put you on that flight ? |

That driving to Miami option would be an absolute no from me. Awful suggestion.
