Virgin balance
As we can’t actually get hold of virgin for any reason (cancel/ amend etc.) and our deposit is due on Friday. I assume virgin will just cancel our holiday and won’t automatically take the balance from the card we paid deposit on?

Did you receive a payment reminder email? My brother did 15 days prior to his payment due date and there was a form to fill in if you wanted to amend the booking. Our payment is due in 12 days and we haven’t received an email and when I logged into booking there’s no option on there to contact either.
Other dibbers have suggested WhatsApp message VH but don’t think they’re responding quickly. (My brother hasn’t received a response) |

Fill in the amend my booking form to initiate a callback.
virginholidays/imp.../amend-booking We were due to pay on 6th May and have not paid the balance. Filled in this form a few weeks prior. Virgin have said multiple times on Twitter that as long as you do this form before balance is due then you won't be penalised if you don't pay up on time. |

Quick question. If you rebook with Virgin and the amended dates are dearer. Do you have to pay the the difference at point of rebook or is it the same as normal bookings where you pay the balance 3 months before the holiday?

I also would like to know if you rebook for next year then need to cancel are the cancellation terms still the same and you’d just lose deposit if cancelled in the correct amount of time
Thanks Angie |
