It might be ok.

Sometimes the barcode reader can struggle with the shiny surface of the laminating plastic. I'd suggest laminating one copy and taking a non-laminated copy on the first day as well just in case.

Mmmm I just think it's strange having an A4 piece of paper rather than a 'ticket'. Thomson said I exchange it at Universal for a ticket. Don't mind if it's a piece of card as I can get a lanyard (I like to collect those kind of things). I was just thinking though - how would Universal differentiate between my genuine e-ticket and say someone who has photocopied one as surely anyone could get in without paying (if you see what I mean). I'd much rather prefer a real ticket myself.
