We have just returned, the old Belz area is now very tired looking, the new area looks fantastic

The rest of the old section will be demolished on the 13th Aug and will open in Spring 08.

We are just back and it still looked a lot like a building site so they must be planning on working quick to get it open in time. One of the old Belz malls is still there but only a handful of shops are open in it.
The premium outlets is definately the place to shop although perhaps when the prime outlets are finished they will be as good.

If you look on that page you will see the official opening date will be the 10th with the new opening hours starting then. When I go next year it the second section should be opening. They will then start work on the Designer Centre as most of the stores from that section will have moved over to the main malls. I did hear that this maybe developed as a "big box" area with large stores but nothing has been confirmed as originally they were planning to leave it as it is.
