A good word for Virgin

Our flight for 23 Sept was cancelled and we asked for a refund. We receive this within 3 days which surprised us but must give them credit, they did a good job!

I�ve always received good experiences with Virgin that�s why I continue to book with them, it is nice of you to shout out about it though, normally only complaints are given, well done xx

They can now do this as they have established a cash flow on future bookings. They were not so forthcoming for those who�s flights were cancelled between March of 2020 and August of 2020, flagrantly breaking the law and taking 120 plus days to refund, when the law says 7.

That is why I will never trust them again and will stick with BA, AA, Delta and United who all refunded me within the law.
