We received an email this morning to tell us flights had been cancelled . Rang 02083961209 and went through the recorded messages and then pressed 9. Answered straight away , asked if we wanted a refund or request alternative flights . Asked for dates next year and the man said he had put the request in and we will find out in a couple of days if the request has been accepted via email . 🤞 it’s as easy as it sounded !

Please, don't get carried away. I hope it works out for you but their Trustpilot Pilot page is littered with broken promises.

Stop and think - why can't they say yes or no there and then ?

Get your money back asap.

Oh dear 🤦, thought too good to be true and too easy ! Will wait a couple of days and if we haven’t heard anything then will request refund .

Mini, you may be (and I hope) the exception to the rule.

I implore you to take a look at any review site they feature on.

I am speaking from personal experience last year. They lied and obfuscated on a grand scale.

In the current pandemic book direct with BA or whoever it is and not a third party.

Why implore to look at reviews now when these tickets were booked 8 months ago?! No good now. Would have of course booked with virgin direct at the time but they were coming in at £850rtn c.f. to the £340 rtn with lastminute

Well 8 Months ago (in the middle of the pandemic) if you'd had a cursory glance at any review or MSE Forum it would have been apparent what was happening to LM.com customers with regard to refunds. (ie they were not getting them).

Didn't the alarm bells start ringing if they were £500 cheaper-it sounds to good to be true ?

Flights won’t be released until September so it will interesting to see what they come back with.

No the price of the tickets weren’t too good to be true, the price of the tickets has got nothing to do with the flights being cancelled! Made a conscious decision to buy really cheap tickets with the expectation that if the flights are cancelled I’ll get my money back and that’s what will happen
