Nail problem.

Can anyone offer any advice. I love to have long nails, yet my nails are like paper. They do grow long in the summer but I have to be careful. Yet one nail in particular has broken at every opportunity for the last 2 years. It gets to just over the finger then …. boom it breaks.

I have tried so many things, Sally Hanson, Perfect formula, a hardener from Superdrug... loads of things but yet every time it starts to get a bit longer... the bloomin thing breaks. I did try Leighton Dennys Diamond Nail File... what a waste of £15.

Any recommendations please ? x

Try OPI nail envy, paint on a coat every day for a week, then take off and start again
Makes your nails nice and strong and healthy
You can get it clear or a colour

Have You tried vitamins? I only ask as I’m just finishing chemotherapy and have started taking a nail/hair supplement I have no idea yet if they work but may be worth a try for you if you haven’t already tried

No worries, shame it didn’t work for you
Maybe more need of an oil into your cuticle, to help promote strength etc

This is the only think that has ever worked for me. I’ve spent £££££ over the years and BIAB is the only thing that has helped my nails grow.
You need to find a salon that does Gel Bottle Inc though as it’s a salon only treatment

I have the same problem with both pointers, rest of my nails are really strong. I have regretfully decided my nail beds are damaged.

Try Biotin, it's a water soluble vitamin supplement for hair, skin and nails.
I find that whenever we're in Florida my nails grow like crazy sooooo... you need a Holiday in Florida lol
