Wait times calling Universal Orlando guest services USA

Hi

I need to call to amend my tickets for next year - but have tried a few times to get a message saying wait time is over 90 mins - which is going to be expensive. Has anyone called recently and is the wait time really 90 mins? This is the US number.

I called twice a couple of weeks ago.

Called bang on 9am their time and got through within 5 mins.

My sister tried calling mid afternoon recently and gave up after 45 mins.

So I hung on and was connected after 1 1/4 hours. Only to be told they couldn't switch my tickets over to next year yet as they don't have prices for 2022 yet (despite them being on sale with agents like attraction tickets - just not direct with Universal Orlando). They could switch me to a fully flex date ticket for an extra $600 (eek) so I need to phone back in a few months. I will try the zipcall link then, to avoid another big phone bill. Thanks all.
