Finally through after 2hrs 15mins, managed to change our dates now our original dates are available. They were going to charge £50 asked if they could waiver it due to the 2hrs on Thursday and 2+ hours today which they agreed to 😁. Still hoping WL becomes available over the next few months if not more than happy at the BC

I just phoned new booking option and had a 20 minute wait. I’ve amended my room booking to a higher room no problem.

Yeooooo ... 25 min wait and changed it... had to pay £50.00 amendment fee but still saved £202.00 in total.

1 hour in the queue on the phone so far to try and amend our CSR king room to the cheaper queen room! Wish me luck!
