TomTom 2012 map. Worth updating?

Just wondering if you'd bother updating a 3 yr old map. Found a voucher code for �8 discount, but can't really imagine I need to bother.

Minimal value really as far as roads are concerned. If you use the Points of Interest feature a lot could be worth the upgrade

IMO it's not worth it - plus most of the POI's are available free now anyway.

up until last year when i bought a new tomtom i was using maps from 2008 and never had an issue.

theres *some* new roads and stuff, but its not like theyve gone and changed the i4 and put in a bunch of new sections.

maybe update your POIs if you use them, but unless you are planning on some trips to completely unfamiliar places outside of central orlando, i wouldnt bother...
