It depends...

If you like quick service food, and plan to spend a whole day at the park eating 2'or 3 meals then it's pretty good value.

We've done it once and decided that as pure preference is for a table service dinner, and often do not have breakfast in Florida it probably easing for us. The unlimited refill cup on the other hand was perfect for us...

Tbh we have not been to Seaworld for years and as we are not doing Disney I thought perhaps we would go there. I can't remember how big it is. Is it not an all day park?
Is it like 'canteen' style where you find a table then go and order at counter? I wouldn't buy one for my youngest (I know they have a no sharing policy) but he definitely wouldn't eat it so do they allocate seating of do they not look at how many ppl vs all day dining tickets?

Again from a 2014 perspective, there was no allocated tables. We went in and found somewhere to sit, then went up to get food in two groups.

It is a similar set up to discovery coves dining area, walking along a long counter through a section of starters, mains and deserts which they pass you as you walk past, then show your wristband at the end.

I'm looking at buying this this year. Do you get a refillable drinks mug too? So could I go in a participating restaurant and get just a drink when I wish too?

Free drink included each time through the line, or you can upgrade to reusable cup either.

Personally I eat a good breakfast before hand, spend the money on dine with shamu. Share a couple of refillable cups between you.
