Free- Hoover- my in laws did that. Well they had to buy a vacuum at £100 for 2 free BA flights. Heads rolled on that promotion lol.

£1,313 for 2a, 2c over the Whit school holidays (22 May-5 June 2019) with BA, Gatwick to MCO direct including 23kg luggage per person, economy class. In fairness these are the only flights to Orlando I've ever booked as a DIY so by definition I guess they have to be the best price I've ever got but I was also pretty chuffed with what we paid.

We have been to Florida 3 times. The first I can't remember cost because it was so long ago, the second in 2016 £1230 Thomas Cook Manchester to Miami Whit half term, the third 2017 £960 Gatwick to Orlando Virgin Holidays flydrive October half term. Both including baggage, no seats (sat together anyway) for 3 adults and a teen.
Always on the look out for a bargain but nothing much doing this year.

£250 is less than the tax so they won’t go much lower than that.

We paid £30 plus tax for our last flights. Total was £295 each.

Actually on closer inspection the taxes and fees include a £90 carrier imposed surcharge which is basically just another fee. So another airline may have a lower surcharge.
