They've also said they don't need a damage deposit as it's too much hassle. Now if they had originally said they wanted a deposit, I'd have asked them if that was really necessary and tried to get them to drop their request, so why is the fact that they don't want one in the first place bothering me? I guess you could say if they weren't genuine then they would try and take us for a damage deposit as well as an initial deposit. Can I ask why you would not want to pay a security deposit? I’m curious as to you thinking
