The one thing I am glad of is that more people have actually spoke about the menopause instead of it being a hush hush subject . I suppose that’s a positive . My sister is older than me and not started it yet whereas I spent last night soaking in sweat and it’s not pleasant at all . I’m going to ask for the blood test first again then see what my gp says or can help with . I too need to loose weight but I just feel I have no motivation some days and need chocolate ! The craving is unbearable some days .
