Ocean Florida - BA Flights Don't Exist?

Hoping someone can help me out here,

I booked my Orlando holiday for November 2019 in October of this year via Ocean Florida.
At the time of booking, I couldn't see flights on BA's website since it was more than a year out.

I was given the following outbound flight times when I booked:



However, when checking the BA website I can not see either of these flights on the date I am booked to depart, as shown below (also, those prices are insane!):



EDIT:Ocean Florida have advised me that the flight times I was given by them are confirmed, so I'm now uneasy that I can't see this flight at all on BA's website.


The return flights aren't available yet so I can't check those but I will as soon as they are available.

The LGW-MCO flight that you are booked on is the later of BA's usual 2 daily flights, usually coded BA2039. That doesn't appear to be loaded (yet), so ba.com will not show it. Only BA2037 is loaded at the moment. I don't know if a second flight is planned for that date.

The GLA-LGW flight is there (with very slight time difference, 09:35 departure), but it won't show if you are searching GLA-MCO because you couldn't connect from this to the earlier MCO flight.

I would give it a few days, these things often sort themselves out, and if there is an issue, there is plenty of time to resolve it.

The high prices you see are because you are searching one-way journeys, and BA only sells the more expensive flexible fares on long-haul one-way bookings.

That 13.30 flight doesn't run on the winter timetable and 100% isn't scheduled for that date so i would be contacting them again.
